I was told that the car had an issue with the internal monitoring system and that part of the dashboard needed to be removed so that it would be at least 3 additional hours. I live about 20 minutes away, so I called my daughter to pick me up. Upon her arrival, I was going to leave my number with the gentleman working the counter. He said good news, it was all done, and that they needed to order a new OnStar. Unfortunately, in my experience, the communication between the front desk and the mechanic is an area of need.

The service team was able to resolve the issue with my 2017 Canyon, which was EVAC Cannister and a crack in the line from the cannister to the fuel tank. This would not allow me to pump gas into the tank unless I barely squeezed the handle on the nozzle. After picking up my truck which was ready much faster than I was told I stopped at a gas station and was able to fill up the tank with no issues. Was extremely happy on the results of this service appointment.

This service call was to add on 2 items ordered with my vehicle but was not available due to parts shortage from GM strike. Although GM should have eaten these charges for one item GM badging change/ and labor as these were dealer installed items from my GM build.
