Very comfortable, no pressure on getting truck repaired. Easy drop off easy pick up, they called multiple times to keep me in the loop. On top of all that they were honest & got one of the repairs covered under warranty with zero deductible.

I had issue with my 2017 GMC Canyon, the oil cooler lines rusted and cracked causing an oil leak. I called in to schedule an appointment to drop off the truck. When I arrived Russell asked me what the problem was, we walked over to the truck I showed him where it was leaking. He told me he thought I was right about the problem. He had one of the service techs put the truck on the lift to confirm. Then 1/2 hour later he called me with the information and estimate, ordered the parts and I had the truck back the next day. Totally awesome job. Thank you!

Everything was great. I arrived before my appointment time, and they started on my vehicle anyway. The best part was a call I received today from Norene in the service department. She asked me why I didn't use a $25 dollar discount that I was intitled too. I said I didn't know I had one. She told me she was going to send me a check for $25. Of course, I thanked her and told her I appreciated her reaching out to me. I told her that was really great service, the kind you don't typically see from most companies today!

The guy that checked me in for oil change and tire rotation sold me a cabin filter and then ripped me off. I asked for the total for everything & he said $53. I said ok, that’s what I needed to know. Go ahead. When I went to pay the girl says over $100. to which I responded no way! The guy told me not over $53. So he came in & verified that’s what he said. I questioned him & he said just for the cabin filter! That is not right as I had stated my decision was based on everything so I had enough money. Now I don’t 😢. I am so disappointed as I used to love bringing my car there.

Had a sound much like a vibration in the car. They seemed to think it was a problem with the tires. They found one tire very ”slightly” off balance and corrected it, drove the car and felt the problem was corrected. I find that they were wrong and need to take it back.

As always, Noreen, Russ and Kevin do an excellent job with my automobile needs. I had the appointment because the card for my GPS (after they ran the diagnostics) is corrupted so it isn't functioning. I don't have an extended warranty and can't afford to purchase a new card, but now I know. Russ also showed me how to use the paint pen i had purchased earlier. I always highly recommend Nick Abraham's Dealership to friends and family. I feel that the Service Dept. truly cares about their customers and are very kind, thoughtful and thorough in explaining any problems and solutions. It is a FABULOUS dealership with caring, good people.

I was able to first get an appointment in a timely manner. The service team listened to me as I explained the problem and the symptoms. They reviewed the diagnostic information from ONSTAR and what I had provided. They were thorough on the examination of the problem, reviewed the codes, reset the computer and road tested the truck and the problem was solved. I had a 7:30 AM appointment and the truck was ready at 10:30 AM. Thanks to the service team and Kevin. Thank you!

I went in because I had a flat and needed to see if it could be plugged or if it had to be replaced. Unfortunately, I ended up having to get a new tire and there weren’t any in stock but Russ ordered one and gave me a call as soon as it came in. It took a day for the tire to come in and I was able to get it installed same day. I am very happy to have my car back to working order.

I was told the appointment would last about 30 minutes, but it ended up being nearly 2 hours. I understand multiple factors can affect time frame, so I wasn't too upset by this. I was upset about the quality of work. After waiting nearly a year to have a part fixed (told part was ordered multiple times but oddly enough there were never any notes), I left with it in worse condition than when I arrived. I had a loose plastic piece on the right side of my steering column. I left with "new" parts and now both sides are popping off and when turning the wheel you can hear the parts rubbing against each other. Not sure how 2 hours of work made it worse. Spending close to $500 a month for a vehicle, you'd expect higher quality work. I'll deal with the noise for now and keep duct tape on the loose pieces as I do not plan to ever return for work to be done.

Work was fine. Service writer did not do a good job of establishing correct expectation. Vehicle was scheduled for electrical issues. . . . The tech assigned to the job, turns out, was part time and what i thought would be a 2–3-day job took 8 total days and i had to chase the service writer for info. My expectation is when i schedule work that the dealer will actually put someone on the job when we have it scheduled and not let my vehicle sit for days without work being done. We not waiting for parts on this part of the job either. i confirmed with service writer that they tech just didn't work on it.

The staff and management were no nonsense, no bs, which i appreciate tremendously. Nothing worse than bait/switch, or intentional time delays etc as a sales tsctic. with 3 conversations on this issue, I was told it would take 45 min to find the prober code to understand our issue. the car was dropped off 2 hours early for a 930 appointment. at 1245 the car was not looked at. I called and was told just after lunch! At 230 I was told 2 codes were found 1 I had to pay for the other was under warranty. Then told I have to pay for the 1st issue and hopefully the second will go away. Would just like to better understand why both problems were not fixed? What happens if the code comes up after the warranty? Sorry that I can not give 5 stars when I have unanswered questions and feel that I was not taken care of as promised. I did speak with Mat, and Russ about the time frame prior to this and know that thing come up! but why no calls texts or updates??

When my tire sensor went out, I made an appointment to have it replaced, around five days later. I checked into the dealership to have the sensor replaced, went and sat down for 15–20 minutes and was advised that the part never came in. Evidently no one noticed or checked that the part didn’t come in . I’ve used your dealership for many years and have been quite happy with service. I wish someone would have noticed this prior to me coming in . The part was ordered at that time , it’s been 9 business days since and I have not heard a word …still patiently waiting ! If I wasn’t so very happy with prior service, I may be would have gone somewhere else.

Still not sure if lug nuts were put on properly with last tire rotation. In all my years of owning a car I have never encounter the lug nut "falling" off. Never.. I was told they fall off by Kevin. I believe they were either not put on at all or the lug nuts were put on to loose. Charged $65.00 to replace missing lug nuts for what I believe was an error on Buicks part. It was easy to schedule oil change and tire rotation. But I wish if something needs attention that they would also include a picture of the t issue. Or use a live chat showing the issue, this would provide even more information and help in making a decision on does it need to be completed or can this be delayed until funds can be secured to have the task completed.

This appoint was for an oil change and tire rotation. I scheduled the appointment online the night before on the Web site. It was very easy. I arrived at the scheduled time and after some brief paper work I went to the waiting room for a coffee. I browsed the vehicles on the showroom floor a visited with the sales staff. In service took about an hour and the cost was reasonable. The only disappointment was that the outdoor temperatures did not permit them to run the car through the car wash. -

I texted James while my truck was supposedly getting prepped. Asked him to make sure that your dealer installed the snow plow prep wire harness that came with the truck and is usually behind the seat. He later called me and said that if the service department installs this I would be charged. I later looked this up [took 5 minutes] and found bulletin #161b. this states dealer to install for free and that they would get reimbursed 1.2 hours. Looks like double dipping to me! I texted James the bulletin last Thursday and he was gonna get back to me. I'm still waiting.

As always, the Service Department did its usual great job servicing my car. Russ is a joy to work with, as is Kevin. They are both friendly and professional when working with me. I feel so comfortable with my car being serviced by them and their crew. Nick Abraham's Car Dealership is THE BEST!! They make sure customers are well taken care of in the waiting room, by providing nice chairs, a TV and magazines. I have also become acquainted with some other customers by having nice conversations in the waiting room while our cars are being serviced. I have and will continue to recommend buying cars from Nick Abraham, as I have done for many years!!

I have purchased 3 cars and have my cars serviced at Abraham's for probably over 15 years. I would never go anywhere else. They're always professional courteous and they do such a great job. My enclave had been hit in the front quarter panel somewhere probably in a parking lot where nobody left me a note. I took it to the body shop and they made it look like new. I would recommend Abraham's to anyone they are wonderful.

Very comfortable, no pressure on getting truck repaired. Easy drop off easy pick up, they called multiple times to keep me in the loop. On top of all that they were honest & got one of the repairs covered under warranty with zero deductible.

I always love this dealership, the whole family does but this experience was less than par. 3 days after I purchased I was in dealer for camera not working, they got right on it but before I pulled off lot I checked camera and it was still not working. This was April of 2025. Told me it would have to order another but constant calling saying idk it’s on back order - I go through summer and part of fall until it’s time to schedule oil change and I leave comment about I am still waiting. To be informed later oh we got new system it was in the old system (?)sorry. I take it in December when I get call and they put me in a loaner to say come pick it up we have to order another part again. To now fall into January 2026 I take it in and get a loaner which I could barely fit into (you would think if you can’t get Yukon for Yukon to atleast get something comparable). So far camera is working so I’m relived so far. I still rate high because of loyalty - hope any future experiences get me back to top notch expectations

My experience at Nick Abraham Buick collision couldn’t have gone any better when I got there they had arranged a ride for me to the Enterprise rental center I was told it could be a couple weeks but one week to the day later my car was ready! I made my appointment the previous day online for oil change, 4 brand new tires and an alignment. This is the first time I used this dealership due to me being from Indiana and was here visiting. I just starterd having a problem with one of my tires slowly leaking air. Luckily they had my size in stock. The work done on my truck was done in a very timely manner and I was very pleased. My sevice advisor was very professional and coutious. I'm sorry I dont remeber his name, do not have the paperwork in front of me. Service is in the toilet since Russ is no longer SM. Wife’s tire “couldn’t be plugged” and now she’s dealing with alignment issues. New sm ignored my concern, didn’t check for a leak, cost me $190 and they’re “not sure” if it’s a $400+ part or something that could take 9 hours of labor. Highly doubtful I’ll ever buy another vehicle there or get serviced there again. Never been so angry in 11 years of doing business there. Everything now seems like an attempt to get more money per visit. Absolutely disgusted.

I know there can be some time to wait for your service,mine being an oil change and tire rotation. It was over 2 hours for me yesterday. Another customer came in the waiting room an hour after me and her oil change was done in less than an hour and it was 20 minutes more for me after she left. So I am not sure what happened but usually I might wait 45 minutes or so but over 2 hours was a bit ridiculous I think.

I requested 3 points of service and only 2 of them were met. The 2 that were met were completed as requested, but the 3rd was never addressed, despite mentioning the issue over the phone twice (infotainment system update). I would have to schedule another service drop off to address this issue but this is my only means of transportation at this time. I will have to deal with rebooting the system upon start up, everytime, on a brand new $72k truck for the foreseeable future

Oil change and tire rotation. Disappointed that there’s no longer a report of the multi-point inspection anymore. No tread depth on the tires, no thickness on the brakes. Very disappointed that there was no credit for the unnecessary $189 “diagnostic test”, nor any update on the AC compressor that’s “on back order”. Also, no follow-up on my wife’s Verano alignment problem. What was once the reason to patronize NA Buick has disappeared.

I was absolutely stunned with the efficiency of the service department. I was greeted by Russ, a friendly service department agent. He knew exactly why I was there and after checking in, told me about the best place that had an electrical outlet and a table so I could complete some work while I waited. Normally, with other vehicles I’ve had, I knew my wait time would be at least an hour, sometimes even longer. It seemed that as soon as I got my computer set up, Russ was walking through the door to tell me my car was done. When I looked at the clock, my tires had been rotated and my oil changed in about 30 minutes. They even remembered to run my car through the wash when they were finished. I was speechless. This is yet another reason I’m glad I bought a Buick. The surprises just keep coming. Abraham Buick, keep up the great work.

My experience was good with out an appointment. I was taken right in and was Explained what my car needed and how much the cost would be. The only thing I wish that they would have washed my car like they usually do after work is done!
