I had a free oil change for the first year which expired in February the car is under 5 thousand miles so the service warning didn't come on till after the year I think they should had honor the free oil change but they didn't I had to pay 70 dollars for an oil change that should had been covered

The sales person, Andrew Uszak, was very knowledgeable about the Encore GX and Envision models. He explained everything to us in a clear and easy way. Wendell Brown was extremely helpful in achieving a price point that met our budgetary needs. The closing process was easy to understand and quickly completed by Bonnie Bowling. This is our third vehicle leased from Abraham Buick. We'll be back for the next one!

I will never use your dealership for service ever again. I will go next store to Sunnyside Chevy. I have had multiple issues over the past few months with the service department regarding two of my vehicles. your service manager is a piece of work also.
