Review Details

This was a routine oil change. Everything was done as it should have been done. One area that gets me is the car wash. Who is getting this? I walked in to pick up my Terrain and saw several cars that were finished and they were clearly washed. I asked the Service guy if I also received one and he said I should have. When I went to get my car, it was not washed. I don't think I have ever had a car wash after an oil change. The only time is when I first bought my car. I, or someone in my family, have bought over 6 vehicles over the years (four in the last two years) from Nick Abraham. You'd think I could be a complimentary car wash. Sheesh.
